TERMS & POLICIES
PAYMENT
50% deposit required for all new clients. Monthly retainers due on the 1st of each
month. Launch package paid in 3 monthly installments.
CONTRACTS
Minimum 3-month commitment for all retainer packages. Month-to-month available after the initial term.​
REVISIONS
Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in all project and package pricing. Additional
rounds billed at hourly rate.
RUSH FEES
25% surcharge applies to any work requiring less than 48 hours turnaround.
CANCELLATION
14 days written notice required to cancel a retainer. No penalty after the initial term.
